Gridfinity Lifted

Gridfinity Lifted

This is a modular system for “lifting” plates above gridfinity. This is ideal for things like screwdrivers, tweezers, etc.

The uploaded models assume the uses of 5mm tapered hot melt inserts in the side panels. Also assumes the used of M3x8mm screws top and bottom.

The bottom screws line up with the existing screw holes in gridfinity while the top screws are placed near the edge to maximize usable plate space.

The base plates are semi-manual to create so I just uploaded all the sizes I thought were reasonable. If you want something else, just leave a comment.

I also uploaded a bunch of flat to plates (all 4mm thick) if you want to use those to punch out or built up your own custom plates. Drop me a note if you do, I'd like to see where your creations!
