This is a Civitas-Pattern Waste Container. OK, fine, it's a dumpster, or whatever they call them in the 41st millennium. In that superstitious time, they are eminently distrustful of anything that doesn't have a good honest skull badge. You will need a piece of 1mm brass rod of around 34mm, or two smaller pieces if you would prefer two separate hinges. With that, you can make a bin with a functional hinged lid. I only actually did it so I could make a couple with rubbish in, but things got out of hand. The photos show it modelled by Colin the cultist-for-scale. It's intended to be full-height cover for regular humans in popular "heroic-scale" wargames. You know the ones. Hey, maybe they can even move it around. Maybe it can be used to hide traps or objectives or what-have-you. By sheer chance, it's large enough for said regular 25mm-based figures to stand in it, and indeed to lie down and have the lid completely closed. Not sure why you'd want to, but hey. The bin in the photos is currently assembled using blu-tac, as I'm afraid of commitment. You will need to print: 1x body 1x lid 2x handles, which fit in the recesses at either end. 4x wheels, which fit in recesses underneath. They have locators, and you can turn them to whatever degree of wobbly wheel syndrome you prefer. 2/4x hinge caps. I prefer a full-length bar, as pictured, but 2 smaller hinges would be possible.
