Can be printed up right. But better to print it upside down to save on time and material for the supports that will be needed. Relative dimensions in mm for anyone to wear it should be X:152.4, Y:69.8, and Z:127. Some minor adjustments might be needed depending on how form fitting you want this to be. Also keep in mind this is just the physical structure of the mask. I needed to put in my own foam supports to cushion it against my face. (update) 7/4/19 - I added two craft foam cushions about 1 inch in length that presses right on the edge of my cheek bones which for me reduces irritation and discomfort when I'm wearing it for long periods of time. If anyone is curious the eyes are covered with car tint film to completely shade it out. There is absolutely no right answer for this as everyone has different preferences and degrees of comfort.
