Grip handle for telescopic pool pole

<p>The grip handle of my telescopic pool pole was damaged. I wanted to replace it by a one printed in TPU. It was a good project to continue testing TPU on my printer and check how TPU is outdoor resistant (Temperature, humidity and UV)</p><p>I used Fusion 360 to design the handle more or less based on original one</p><p>Handle was printed using Fillamentum Flexifill TPU 98A (One of the 2 references sold by Prusa). There is a filament profile in PursaSlicer for this reference. So I used preset standard parameters in PrusaSlicer and textured plate without glue. Printed with 0.20mm layer height and 5% infill to keep flexibility of the TPU</p><p>I follow recommendations from Prusa site before loading filament (Cleaning, coldpull and loosen idler screw) and then launch print</p><p>Result was not so nice as I was expected. Layers are visible but stay well glued together and handle is very flexible. I need to analyze pb and find corresponding correction settings</p><p>On top of .stl and .3mf files I uploaded Fusion 360 .f3d one so you can modify the design and adapt it to your needs</p><p>As usual, feedback and comments (and for sure "likes") will be always welcome.
