Print two (one for each side) BEST PRINTED WITH FINGER-GRIPPING PART FACING UP. → This will have more support material. But it will be easier to remove it, if you print it facing with the 'finger-gripping' part down, the support material will be hard to remove and the surface your fingers will touch will be not as beautifully finished.
