GrkMangas' Lithophane Lamp V4 + power switch

Simple remix of GrkMangas' Lithophane Lamp V4. I made some modifications to the original design, including a cutout (13.6x9.2mm) for a power switch and a small ledge to prevent the barrel connector from being pushed back into the case. To activate the lamp, I used an Eledis MR519-0F522 switch. By the way: The total power consumption of this lamp, with six 2835 LEDs on each column, is about 2 watts. A 12-volt, 500-milliamperes power supply unit is more than sufficient, eliminating the need for a 1 ampere or higher PSU.
