This is a grommet to help get hosing from your Brewtech Fermentation Temperature Stabilization System (FTSs) into your cool box in a way that looks nicer than a hole. It is not as waterproof as advertised and sweats small bubbles of water through the foam. You can clad the inside with waterproof materials but it would just be simpler to order a good cooler.
