See if the header fits in the holes tightly. If it's too loose try a 3d file with a smaller hole size, if it's too tight try a larger one. Everyone's 3d printer is different, but 0.75mm worked great on my Prusa Mini</p><p> </p><p>On your PCB, solder some 2mm header like normal, then pull off the black plastic, and slide your 3d printed connector onto the header.</p><p> </p><p>Enjoy!</p><p> </p>
