I made this so I could true the wheels on my Helion while on the bike. Will need to tap 2 holes for M4 thread and open one hole for M4 pass through. I used 2 M4 x 30mm Nylon screws, one I ground a bit of a point on. I also added some rubber tape inside the clamp area to make the unit stay put and not scratch my frame. Print Settings Printer Brand: Deltaprintr Printer: Deltaprintr Kit Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3 with .4 nozzel Infill: 100% Notes: Printed at 100% infill with BamTack PLA @190c hotend/75c hotbed on my big Kossel Post-Printing Will need to tap 2 holes for M4 thread and open one hole for M4 pass through Add rubber tape or duct tape for inside padding How I Designed This Designed with Google SketchUp
