I took these parts and a gt2 belt and used them to add Z sync to a Tronxy X5sa. The pulley was generated by entering parametric data into the scad linked https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627 using tooth profile gt2 (12) I printed the pulley as generated but needed a vice and hammer to separate the halves. Better printer tuning may be in my future. The belt clamp is from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2431829 with a small amount shaved off to better fit the above pulley and a groove for a zip tie that *may* add strength.
