GT2 belt tensioner low profile

I wanted a belt tensioner for my delta printer but most of the ones I've seen require either extra hardware (springs, screws) and or are too large. I wanted something small that can take up almost 1cm of slack. Unfortunately, the tensioner failed on my printer after a couple of months, hence the 'work in progress' label. But it might be useful for people looking for similar things to base their new designs off. There are plenty of fillets to make sure the part doesn't have stress points, but apparently it's not enough. Getting it on the belt will be a bit of a fight, since it's designed to be tight and tapered so that it's larger on the inside.
