I'm still very new at this and didn't found yet how all this works, but when you print this pulley at 95% ( you can set this in Slic3r ) , then it fits exactly with a GT2 belt . Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=16627 I made a version 2 and I would advise you to use this one:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:191510 In this version I made the holes and the place for the M3 nut a bit bigger so they fit better . In version 1 , I still needed to pass with a drill in the holes afterwards. The only difference for the teeth is that I made them 2mm higher, just to have a litle bit more room ( now the fit was rather tight ... ) Instructions Using the following options: profile = 12 retainer = 1 additional_tooth_width = 0.1 nut_shaft_distance = 1.2 retainer_ht = 3 m3_dia = 3.4 pulley_t_ht = 7 m3_nut_depth = 2.7 additional_tooth_depth = 0.6 pulley_b_dia = 20 idler_ht = 1.5 m3_nut_flats = 6.2 no_of_nuts = 1 pulley_b_ht = 8 teeth = 20 m3_nut_hex = 1 nut_angle = 90 idler = 0 motor_shaft = 5.6
