I need to find the original file that I used for this, but it started as a parameterized F360 design where you can set how many teeth and such you want. You can still find that in the f3d file if you open it up. My goal with this is to just print up my own pulleys after seeing JLTX's upload of one. I tried his and the two halves kept splitting slightly and causing some wear on the belt, so I decided to try and make it so that my bearings could fit in one half and the other half would slide/snap over the other. This uses two bearings and unfortunately I cannot remember which type they are. I will look them up on Amazon (that's where I ordered them from) and update this once I figure it out. I included a picture with my calipers on it; read the red markings and needle for measurement (as well as top measurement on the metal.) With the cheapo GT2 belt you'll see a bunch of black rub off on the pulley, but once I purchased the Gates 2GT belt that is fiber reinforced (I think that's correct?) I haven't see anything yet (but still have yet to print a lot.) I am not an expert with bearings or pulleys, I just did this for myself to use, so I have no idea how long/well these two small bearings will hold up. Oh, this takes 2 bearings by the way.
