This is a scalable design of GT2 timing pulley. Users can edit the *.FCStd file in FreeCAD to make custom GT2 pulley. Step 1: Download "Pulley v1.FCStd" Step 2: Open the file in FreeCAD (If not installed in your computer, please download from https://www.freecadweb.org/ and install. It is a free software) Step 3: Double click on the spreadsheet icon in the tree on the left panel of FreeCAD, and customize the values. You may edit the cells for "Number of teeth", "Belt width" and "Shaft diameter", those cells are shown in blue color in the image attached. Editing any other cell can break the relation and give useless results. Reccommended shaft diameter - number of tooth relation: Number of tooth ≥ 3 x Shaft diameter You can add fastening holes or key ways for the pulley. ✗ - Pulley.FCStd : Chance of error in sketch plane when shaft diameter excceds a limit ✓ - Pulley v1.SCStd : Error corrected (Dependencies were deactivated)
