There is quite a lack of information on the GT2560 V3 so I thought I'd provide is list of links here (sorry if some turn to 404). Also included is an stl (and OpenSCAD source file) showing the screw holes of the GT2560 for mounting. Will be updated for installation of TMC2130 drivers once they arrive. For anyone looking for information on the Geeetech A10M check out caesar_1111's landing page here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3493616 For anyone wanting to join an active Discord server with other Geeetech users for technical support, these are active: https://discord.gg/YcmCNVp Geeetech A10(m),A20(m) non-official discord server https://discord.gg/R5jmvnG Geeetech Helpdesk # Marlin 2.0 Firmware A fork of Vert's (no longer developed) builds can be found here: https://github.com/megasaturnv/Prusa_I3_3Dprinter . His original Github repo has been removed, but his contribution is visible in the commits. Edit build.h in the 7z file as needed, then flash with Arduino IDE 1.9.0 (beta) or higher. # Flashing bootloader If you mess up your bootloader like I did, you'll have to reflash it onto the ATMEGA2560. If the bootloader is accidently erased you won't be able to upload new firmware via the USB-Serial converter. To perform this task you'll need to solder to the bare circular copper pads near the SD card slot on the back of the LCD board included with an A10/A10M - These are SCK, MOSI and MISO. Reset pin is taken from the reset button on the LCD board. GND is taken from the SD card metal shield. Connect via this wiring scheme: GT2560 . . . Programmer GND . . . . . GND reset . . . . . Pin 10 MOSI . . . . .Pin 11 SCK . . . . . .Pin 13 MISO . . . . .Pin 12 Flash the bootloader via an arduino/atmel chip running ArduinoISP connected to the ICSP pins of the GT2560, or a programmer such as USBtinyISP. Remove the SD card before burning new bootloader. In Arduino IDE, select programmer "arduino as ISP" (or "USBtinyISP" / the programmer used), board as "ATMEGA2560" and then click "burn bootloader". If you don't have this LCD board, you'll have to use a FFC 40 pin breakout board. Other mounting parameters such as the size of the circuit board and location of the USB and LCD connectors can be found in the OpenSCAD file. # GT2560 V3.0 LED connector: Location: Top right corner Connector: 2 pin JST-XH Control Pin: D06 (physical pin 15 on the ATMEGA2560). Commonly called PWM5 in some GT2560 docs. Voltage: Same as the DC input voltage. Will usually be 12v or 24v Current: Max current of the AP2306AGN MOSFET is 5A. Power is supplied through 10A fuse F1. Turn on with 'M42 P6 S255' G-code. Turn off with 'M42 P6 S0'. Change Sxxx to vary duty cycle. Note: In the 'temperature sensor' section of the schematic, T0 and T2 are the wrong way round (or the labels of the resistor and caps are swapped. Take your pick which one, end result is the same). # GT2560 and TMC2130 drivers This section is WIP until drivers arrive.
