Simple adapter for a GUB bike mount adapter for your top tube. The holes are offset, so the phone (at least mine) is centered to the toptube. Don't forget to stick something soft between the printed part and your frame. Use original screws, they fit tight. If you're interested check out the other bike related things on my profile.
