Guide rail adapter for Elu MOF 177 and DeWalt 625 routers. You'd need 4 star knobs or thumbscrews M5 x 20, 4 nuts M5 to secure the 2 rods (10mm diameter, I used stainless steel tubing as this was lying around ;-) ). You'd perhaps have to widen the dado a bit with a flat file, depending on your printer and the actual size of the guide rail (16mm wide). I printed the subbase (AdptElu3),but it might be better to make it from 4mm pertinax.
