Print the 3.5 mm keychain to plug into the ¼" adapter.

The backplate should be printed face down to avoid using supports and you can print the slot ends and glue to the ends of the backplate. I initially had the slot ends as part of the backplate, but that iteration required supports on either orientation.

I'd suggest using variable layer height to make the main vertical portion at 0.2 mm with 0.125 - 0.15 mm for the rest.

Infill at 10% or higher and supports of course for the slot.

You'll need to buy some hardware:

1.) 3.5mm to 1/4" jack adapter.

https://www.amazon.com/Pig-PA-ST35T-Stereo-Headphone-Adapter/dp/B017XYTHWW/ref=sr_1_20?dchild=1&keywords=1%2B4%2Binch%2Badapter&qid=1634525740&s=audio-video-accessories&sr=1-20&th=1

2.) Toggle bolts for mounting. You need these. You could hit one stud, but not 2. If you mount with something else, the amp could fall off from the pulling force when removing the keys.

3.) I used these tiny lettered decals:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BRFD6I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

4.) Inputs:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0076CGVF8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I could design all but the toggle bolts to be printed but didn't think they'd be as sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, or satisfying when plugging in.
