This is a parametric guitar peg head. You can customize it specifically for you guitar. I fitted it with a press fit to my guitar (without any glue). Use a caliper to measure round and flat fraction of the connector and then subtract about 0.1mm to get a proper press fit. Maybe you have to print some with different parameters to get the optimum result. I recommend high infill (say >60%) to get a proper stability. I've printed my sample in PETG (Innofil). If you want to experiment with the "fancy" design options, I recommend the following (look at the comments in the scad code to see which lines in the code are affected): 1. comment out the relevant line with the round_edge command 2. add % to the relevant cylinders / cones to see if the result fits your needs 3. after preview is fine remove the % and comments you added Reason for this recommendation is that it is very slow with round_edge active to get a preview result. Without the % on the cones it is also difficult to figure out how the fancy parts are built. The "normal" design can be modified right away. No need to perform the above steps. Note: I intentionally only provide the OpenSCAD source file rahter than STL files. Please follow these easy steps to get the STL file which fits to your instrument: 1. install openSCAD: https://www.openscad.org (it is free of charge) 2. open the scad file of this thing 3. adjust the parameters as you like (overall dimensions, interface properties, etc.) 4. render the design by pressing F6 5. export to STL by pressing F7 Note: the "fancy" 1,2 and 3 design options unfortunately don't work in grapical mode of OpenSCAD. Preview works, but they throw a GCAL error when trying to render them. Please use the command line to render the fancy and very fancy designs (you have to define the layout as "fancy", "veryfancy" or "veryveryfancy" in the file before). Command line is openscad.exe -o output-filename.stl knopf.scad (will take some time until the file is written, look at CPU usage to see when ready). Fancy option is basically intersecting the knob with four cylinders. Version 0.2 comes with a printing option to print the part "in the air" with some support below. Thus you can avoid the "elephant foot" problem even if the bed levelling is not perfect. Also you get the option to specify a certain fraction of the connector which is still round (see detail picture of the interface). Version 0.3 comes with a "very fancy" option which intersects the knob with four cones (as indicated in one of the pictures). Version 0.4 comes with a third fancy option which has two slices on each side. It is created by intersection with three cones on each side which are rotated agains each other.
