I started with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:114714 , I sliced it, hollowed the bottom, resized it and came up with a guitar pick box. I printed it at 125% with a 20% fill. It can be sized to fit your needs. I used PLA in my Ultimaker 3 and my Ender. It worked great in both.
