This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/31Y9hCphhm5 My buddy is in a band and I decided to make these punch out cards for him and his band mates. The thickness is just at 0.80mm so it would be considered a "Medium" pick. This can be adjusted according to your needs. I've also made him custom ones with his bands logo on the pick. If you want to add a logo, just move it up to a height of 0.80 and it will sit nicely on top. I printed this on an Ultimaker 2 @ 0.1mm layer height, with a speed of 40, and a temp of 200C. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: Doesn't matter Notes: The infill will not matter if you have top and bottom layer height set to 0.8mm. Sliced using CURA. Printed at 200C
