I envision crafting an agile, panther-like shape here. The tail gives away the design's true origins in the rod-puppet employed by Gillis and Woodruff for the "beast" in Alien3. This creature is more of a nuisance than a genuine threat. It moves on all fours like a primate, and I picture it as quite the agile climber.
