I took the 3D scan mesh from rennwaffen and remodeled it using surface techniques in Solidworks. I have sized the hole to fit a 6"x4" Hella square headlight: https://www.amazon.com/Hella-Rectangular-Conversion-Headlight-Standard/dp/B001Q8U7LC This might need to be adjusted becasue I don't know the rear flange size of the headlights listed above. I have not printed it yet and I don't own a NA Miata anymore, but I would be eager to see someone try it out.
