Here is a file for a 4 wheel GWR Tool Van drawn full size so scale to suit your model. 10 of these iron and steel bodied vans were built by the Great Western Railway between 1913 and 1915 for Signal and Telegraph Department use. They were similar to the 6 wheel CC3 but with underframe trussing instead of a central axle. At least one was not condemned until 1980. Enjoy Jonny
