Gyroscope (3D Printed)

This is a 3D Printed Gyroscope, it is a first attempt at making one, the rotor would spin longer if it was heavier This is printed with dual nozzle, it can be printed with a single nozzle, the rotor and stator have to be printed at the same time or else there is no way to install the rotor. The rotor needs to have a raft to help it stick to the build surface, printing the End Caps separately is recommended due to the needed raft. Uses 608ZZ bearings (2 qty) 4-40 hex nut (8 qty) 4-40x5/16 screw (8 qty) or 4-40x1/4 (i only had the larger size at the time) http://ericprints.blogspot.com/2017/01/gyroscope-3d-printed.htmlhttp://ericprints.blogspot.com/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1t_lqR3RyA Print Settings Printer: Prototype Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: .25mm Layer Infill: 20% Notes: More Infill % to make rotor spin longer (heavy rotor) Heavy material makes rotor spin longer (heavy rotor)
