Elevators and ailerons 8 bottom at 0.15 Note: - If you are printing on Pre-foamed LW-PLA like Polymaker, print FUS1 double wall, and the rest of the plane single wall. - If you are printing LW-PLA like esun, you can double wall the entire plane but print ailerons and elevator with regular PLA. - 6 mm CF tubes for the wings - 2 mm CF or metal Rod Axis (Elevator axis must be steel) - 1 mm CF Rod alignment - Printed in pre-foamed LW PLA or LW PLA - No supports needed - Follow Instructions - Add a washer on the left top bottom of your motor mount to add counter-torque angle - Use any stabilization system - Glue the elevator to the steel rod as best as you can - Flight surfaces are small, fly on high rates - Motor 2212 1250 KV - 30 amp esc - 3-4 s - Cheap 9g servos Update 3/22/2023 - If you are using expanding material, I consider 6.8mm openings for the rods work good. Original files are 6.8 holes. If you think you want the rods to be tighter, here are the files with 6.6mm holes. We tried 6.5 and its too tight.
