I wanted a quick solution to attach a powerbar to a pole (an ikea thing). I made it in openscad to be able to adjust the dimensions as needed. The design can be adjusted within a certain range. Later I added the "use_hull" option, to smooth out the difference between the openings if they are not equal. It will probably require some tinkering in openscad to get it right for your situation update, improved customizability with customizer
