H-Shifter 608 bearings fixed

I took a few of the remixed files for this shifter and edited them to print better and be a bit stronger. All the bearings used for this shifter are common 608 bearings. There is also no need for a ball joint with this design and the whole shifter is much stronger without it. I printed these parts with NylonX for extra strength but this design should hold up fine printed in abs or pla.
