A hacksaw from my tool box, simply made of a bended metal wirewith a diameter of 6 mm, and subsequently machined slots forfastening the saw blade. Two identical and ergonomic grip halfes - made of »ABS« -can fastened on the saw frame, for a better handling. But that would be nice to have and is not a must be.Notes:Draft angles for injection moulding of the grip half are not modeled. The fastening of the grip halfes on the saw frame is modeled without clearanceof the inner and outer shape.A "fine tuning" of the grip-half - regarding dimensioning of the press joints -is surely necessary, in case of 3D-Printing.The saw blade is modeled without off-set teeth. The model of the main assembly contents the saw frame in the non-tensioned,manufactured state too.I tried to model this relative cheap producible tool as accurately as possible to the original. Some of the dimensions have been taken from the original, which I put on a DIN-A4 sheet of paper with mm-grid.The model is available in the following data formats:STEP-file (.stp) of the complete assembly.Native files (.asm) respective (.prt) in a "zipped" folderfor users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
