Hairy Troll Remix

Remix of the hairy troll. This prints the troll upside down and removes the cylinder from around the body, this saving time and wasted filament. Filament change is at layer 112 if slicing at .16mm. If slicing and adding a filament change at a height, it is 18mm. I also added one small support when slicing at the very center as where the hair forms does not start until 1.5mm into the print.
