I needed to develop this valve for my autosampler project. This was the hardest part, as the valve needed to be: 1) leak tight even for helium under relatively high pressure. 2) not expensive And the servo motor needed to be: 1) strong enough to turn the valve at different angles, not only open and closed 2) not expensive I believe the parts and photos make it straightforward the assembly. Of course, the stl files are for the specific valve and servo used here. You can modify the OSCAD files for other models. The parts need to be strong, so use 95% infill. Also, I could not manage to make a strong enough lever for the valve, I needed to use one made of stainless steel, you will need to improvise here, see the photos.
