Half Life Alyx Resin (LED strip)

My goal was to have a reproduction of a Half Life Alyx resin to fit inside my computer case with 12V LEDs. See pictures, although they don't do it justice; it looks a lot like the "real" thing. I used one of the normal resolution model from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4275124 I liked the idea of having a black shell from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4287023 although I did not use those files; credits for this idea. Modified in Tinkercad. I had to lightly file/sand the edges to make the shell fit as I did not add additional clearance. Than applied a bit of superglue to assemble everything together. I only had white LEDs on hand so added a light blue filter (one 3-LED segment fits perfectly). Ideally, I would have used RGB LEDs to get the perfect color. Pretty happy with the result. Hope this will be useful to someone!
