Halkey-Roberts Bayonet Adapter to Free-Flow Inflation Valves

Halkey-Roberts Bayonet Adapter to Free-Flow Inflation Valves

thingiverse

This is an adapter from HR (Halkey-Roberts) bayonet male as used for most high-pressure pleasure craft (SUP/Kayak/Boat etc.) to metric free-flow inflation valves, commonly used on low pressure inflatables (boats, air matresses, floating devices, pools) INTEX and similar brands. The metric valve output has the standard inner diameter of 12,9 mm and will fit the metric adapters of common low pressure air pumps. If you do not have these adapters you can find the things here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3226596 (Note: not an HR valve) I created this adapter because the high-pressure pumps with HR bayonet are perfectly suitable to inflate low pressure devices as well - and I did not want to carry multiple pumps to the lake/river/ocean when using multiple inflatables during family excursion ;) And all high-pressure vessels come with HR pump these days, so they might pile up in your garage. So now you can actually use them for another purpose whre they have better ergonomics and performance than regular low-pressure pumps ;)
