Halloween Lanterns

These are little lanterns with Halloween themes. They make a perfect light decoration for your Halloween decorations. They can be fitted to mini light strings to make a string of decorative lights. Or you can print the pixel node sets and put them on 12mm X-lights or led light strings with controllers. Put them against a white wall and they will cast shadows of the characters. Given that these are tiny in size and some have a lot of detail, use the highest resolution you can to show the detail. There are two versions of the lantern top and base. The tops are a remake of legochuck's larger lantern, but much reduced in size. The bases should be a tight fit to hold the sides, but if they are too tight add .1mm to the XY dimensions to loosen it up. There are 16 files, half are for mini light strings, the other half are for 12mm pixel nodes. You can buy a string of 100 pixel nodes with a controller that you manage from your phone from Amazon. Or you put the pixel nodes on an X-light controller to make them dance to your music. This is the easiest way to print as you can put one or two sets on a 220mm square bed with no difficulty. You can also delete any piece you don't want to mix and match or rearrange. To assemble, glue the pieces together. Standard mini light string lights should fit in the hole. Note. Mini light strings that have locking tabs on each bulb will not fit without modifying the top, however you could glue them to the bulb. Takes a lot of printing, but an entire light string of these will go well along a wall to give a unique Halloween spirit to your home. Enjoy.
