I divided the assault rifle found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2165992 into 4 larger pieces so that there are fewer seams and the piece was easier to put together overall. I divided the entire gun using Microsoft 3d builder and created pins to help align the piece when assembling it. I used 6 pins to put the piece together. I printed the included pin at 99% scale and it created a tight friction fit that required no glue but you can still use glue on the mating faces if you would like too.
