Placing multiple "big pieces" here where otherwise separate components can fit on the build plate as single pieces. There is some redesign to account for orientation and support implications, and this can only make support worse. Also of course removal of defunct pins. These are all pin and size compatible with the master design at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:158120 1) A single piece design for the components backfan + BackBottom 2) A single piece design for the Rear Top + Temple 3) Combined Roof,+ Backfan + Back Bottom, on the smaller helmets this is a nice backbone to the model, it will JUST fit on a rep2 build plate with raft, and very careful rotation, placement, but it really is at the limit. Will update with image, when I successfully print or otherwise. In the original design, I was worried on size / warping / and also trying to keep pieces I might rework small. It is better now to have combined pieces where valid, as long as implications for support can be kept to a minimum.
