Halo effect

I find that it is difficulty to render candle light, fluorescent tube. I, at the initial stage, used PV (a plug-in of solidworks). I found that I could hardly use it to render light source over a long period.I can do nothing but adopt Keyshot7.1. Here is the candle I produced by Rhino, T splines and Keyshot. I use Adobe PS add the “Halo effect” (Filter -> Render -> Lens Flare and then Filter -> Blus -> Gaussian Blur)I want to know if there are any 3D rendering software can produce “Halo effect” directly. It means it is no need for me to use Adobe PS before I complete my rendering.
