The Energy Dagger is an energy melee weapon employed by the Sangheili, particularly the Zealot classes. I modeled an Elite Energy Dagger using only one picture so if it is off a bit, surry, that's what I had to work with. It's currently sized for someone who is around 5'10" tall and V2 hand plate allows for 1/2" nylon strapping to be used to secure it to your wrist and hand. Enjoy.
