This is a simple, fast and efficient Morse key. All you need is: 1) print the file named Key_Morse_v2_arm.stl 2) print two copies of the file named Key_Morse_v2_support.stl 3) finally print the file Key_Morse_v2_base.stl. The file named Key_Morse_v2_full_view should not be printed and only serves to demonstrate the assembly. To complete the Key you need several Screws, nuts and washers: 5 x M3 x 10 mm screw 1 x M3 x 15 mm screw 2 x 3 mm diameter washer (used to solder contacts) 4 x M3 nut 1 x 15 mm spring. 4 x M3 x 12 mm wood screw ( used to fix two support to the base ) Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa I3 Rework Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.5 Infill: 10% Notes: I used PLA to print the key. Post-Printing After printing could possibly be necessary to use an iron file to clean up the key arm and adapt it to the two supports.
