The micro drone propeller has been designed using the **HAM-STD HS1-708** airfoil coordinates. Testing was done using the **[Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** (all results below). Part printed at slow speed, with the help of a **[0.2mm extruder nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04mm layer height. The print was cleaned with the help of an **[X-ACTO Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, I then got to finish the propeller with a **[500 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. Here are the thrust readings for some voltage presets (also visible in the pictures taken): - **1.5V** => **9.42 grams** - **2V** => **14.35 grams** - **2.5V** => **26.28 grams** - **3V** => **36.39 grams** The files that are included contain all pictures relevant to the test, along with 6 txt files that contain airfoil coordinates, the printable STL files and the SLDPRT files. If you want to use this propeller, you should grab a bunch of **[8520 coreless motors](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. Use the SLDPRT files, should you desire to make your own changes to the propeller. **P.S.** The airfoil plotted with the matplotlib library in python.
