Hammerhead Karoo2 Mount Clamp

<p>A few months ago the clamp of my Hammerhead Karoo2 mount broke.</p><p>Without being able to find spares to purchase, I measured it and whipped up a replacement.</p><p>~I have printed mine in PETG, which gives it a nice springiness and should resist the elements well.~</p><p>The PETG version didn't hold very well. It worked for a city ride but I'm not sure how it would fare in worse terrain. I have now printed it in ASA (ABS should work about the same) and it's much better. It doesn't click when it snaps but it stays in place well.</p><p>Although it doesn't feel as stiff as the original, it snaps nicely and the unit doesn't move or rattle.</p><p>I have included a STEP file and the Fusion3D model.</p><p>I used M3x3 inserts for the screws, lodged into place using a hot soldering iron.</p>
