<h4>&nbsp;</h4><h4>Silent hamster wheel 190mm diameter with mounts (directly to the cage).</h4><h4>&nbsp;</h4><h4>Bill of materials:</h4><ul><li>1 pcs bearing type 608 ( 22 x 7 x 8)</li><li>1 pcs hexagonal M8 screw - 60mm length or more</li><li>4 pcs hexagonal M6 screws - 15 mm length or more</li><li>1 pcs M8 nut&nbsp;</li><li>1 pcs M8 self locking nut&nbsp;</li><li>4 pcs M6 nuts</li></ul><p>… and all printed parts :)</p><p>I have divided all the parts separately and grouped for the best printing result in 3 different layer heights.</p><p>You can print all parts as you want :)</p><h5>&nbsp;</h5><h5>Recommended print settings for small parts:</h5><ul><li>layer height - 0,2</li><li>2 perimeters</li><li>infill 25% grid</li><li>material PLA</li></ul><p><strong>Recommended print setting for cage mounts and bearing holder:</strong></p><ul><li>layer height - 0,25</li><li>3 perimeters</li><li>infill 20% grid</li><li>material PLA</li></ul><p><strong>Wheel recommended print settings:</strong></p><ul><li>layer height - 0,3</li><li>3 perimeters</li><li>infill 20% grid</li><li>material PLA</li></ul><p><strong>*TIP</strong> - You need support on the build plate for 2 parts:</p><ul><li>bearing_nut</li><li>cage_mounts</li></ul><p>I printed wheel with “fuzzy skin” option added to external walls and some nuts for cage holders (look pictures what I uploaded).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h5>Assembly&nbsp;</h5><p>Process is very easy and you need only flat wrench no 13 and 10. Additionally you can use some washer for bolts M6 and M8 for easier plug nuts to sockets.</p><p>Look on the pictures what I add.
