Han Solo DL 44 Blaster Parts

This is my take on the Star Wars Classic of Han Solo. It is based on the Model of PortedtoReality on Thingiverse, but much more accurate to the original. This is not a complete Blaster, it only replaces some of PortedtoReality parts. Original design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1915956 All parts are modeled after the provided reference in the RPF thread about the ANH Blaster. Improvements made are a functional Windage Knob, a more accurate Scope Mount and Flashhider assembly, as well as the use of some real metal Hardware to make the build sturdier and add some weight. You will need some extra hardware to assemble this model. Although you can print all parts, I'd highly recommend the optional Metal Hardware for the Scope and the crossbar to make the model heavier. PARTS NEEDED: 2x M6x25mm Allthread (to mount the Crossbar to the Blaster) 1x M5x183mm Allthread (belongs inside the Barrel) 2x M5 Nut (one as an insert at the bottom of the Bolt and one to secure the Flashhider Adapters) 1x M4x7mm Sockethead Screw (for the Bottom of the Flashhider) 1x M4x7mm Grub Screw (top of the Flashhider) 4x M3x7mm Lensehead Screw (Mounting the Scope Clips) 3x M3x5mm Flathead Screw (to secure the Dovetail and Tumbnut_Middle [gluing is required here]) 2x M3x10mm Grub Screw (connecting the two Flashhider Adapters) 3x M3 Nut (Inserted in Dovetail and Crossbar) 3x M2x5mm Screw (to assemble the Scope Windage Knob) 2x 3x40mm Rod (use some Nails) OPTIONAL PARTS: Aluminum Flatbar 15x5x117 mm (Crossbar) Pipe Steel or Aluminum 22x1x167mm (Scope) I also found some accurate Thumb nuts on AliExpress https://de.aliexpress.com/item/4000641403007.html?spm=a2g0o.store_pc_home.productList_2002170154000.pic_4 You will need the M4 ones, preferably in silver, if you want to weather them. I found a Replacement Thumbnut for the middle at my local Hardware Store, so maybe you're lucky as well. M3 needed here. For the assembly, you will most definitely need to cut some threads. Therefor no mayor gluing is required, and the finished product is very sturdy. You can use the Flashhider_2mm_holes file to get better quality for the holes by just redrilling them with a 3 mm Drill bit afterwards.
