Han Solo DL-44 ESB kit

Decided to build a prop DL-44 blaster using a cheap airsoft Mauser C96 from eBay. While there is a good kit for the ANH version (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:882673 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1245642) there are only a few parts for the ESB version(s). Wanting a challenge I thought to try my hand and replicating the flash hider, m-19 scope, bracket and all the greeblies from scratch. This is a work in progress, waiting on the blaster and some more filament to come in the post before I can begin this project All parts were modeled from drawings and images i found from around the web. For parts I knew only a few dimensions of I took them into ImageJ (https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/) and did my best to take measurements. I'm sure by the time I am done with this some pieces and parts will have changed and I will have added more. 11/29: Added a new flash hider and motor-coil greeblie with larger lettering for better printing. 12/25: finished the Blaster. Worked on creating a plate cover for the non-scope side of the gun to make it more accurate to the originals, wasn't happy with my drawing in 123d design so ended up making this by hand from a few layer thick piece of ABS rectangle I had printed. The Motor-Coil greeblies were printed with shapeways as my flashforge wasn;t getting all the details. It only cost $5 so It was worth it. I oversized the piston half greeblies just a bit (105% or there bout) while not accurate to movie, looked better to me. I also printed a thicker bracket and used a washer behind the scope bracket to give a better asthetic (again in my opinion, not necessarily movie accurate). #d printed some 1/4 20 bolts which i cut down to fit in the scope bracket. Had to drill a few holes in the scope to get them to fit. I kept the airsoft intact with its firing capabilities. All screws and such are just epoxied in place (many of the screws are cut just below the screw head).
