Hand Bilge Pump (tin bilge pump updated)

Something that I fondly remember from my youth a time long ago is the "Tin Bilge Pump". Getting a 3D printer and Fusion 360 let me recreate a old friend. The pump is mostly standard PVC pipe and fitting. The main body is a length (I used 48" you can make it what ever length you want) of 2" PVC pipe and a 2" PVC " T". The inner shaft is 3/4 PVC pipe These files worked for me, They are a close fit and may need a bit of sanding to fit The pump Cup (Pump Leather a old term) is the only printed part NOT PLA. I used Priline TPU. All parts are 100% infill, The Piston to shaft connector has 1/-20 threads in it so print that part at1mm layers the rest at 2mm. Other parts needed 1@1/4"x1/2" bolt, 1-@1/4" nut, and 1-@1/4" washer to hold the check valve in the foot. 1 @1/4x1" to hold the piston assembly to the piston shaft connector, 3@#8 - 1/2" self tapping screws to hold the foot onto the 2" PVC. A piece of inner tube to cut the check valves out of. These valve cutouts are 35mm with a 1/4 inch center hole for the piston and 50mm with a center hole for the foot. Good luck
