hope you like this very simple but useful hand strengthener. you just squeeze in the middle. this is mostly for a friend of mine that had a heart attack and is going through rehab because he has lost a lot of feeling in his hand and is therefor losing muscle. hope this help you guys too :) if you need help customizing it just send me a comment and ill be glad to help.
