Hand Held Hot Wire Foam Cutter

This is a six piece hot wire foam cutter frame. 2 x pieces make up the hand held part 3 x pieces make up one of 2 prongs of the cutter 1 x coupler to ensure a tight fit between prong pieces. Print the three prong pieces twice to get the two required pieces to make both prongs. Print 4 of the I shaped connectors to ensure a tightness of the prong pieces. I designed these both to be glued in place for permanency or not. You will need to get the following parts to make the Hot wire foam cutter complete: Nicrome wire Insulated electrical wire a DC power source (A single 18650 Li-Ion battery would be fine) An on/off switch (a momentary press switch installed in the trigger position would work well here) A dimmer to adjust the power delivery and heat of the nicrome wire for cutting. Two <5mm screws, 4 washers, 2 nuts and 2 wingnuts to secure nichrome wire
