Hand mixer gear pinion replacement for Girmi SB70

Spare working helical gear for Girmi electric hand mixer mod. SB70. I drew this object using Fusion 360 of which I share the project. Measurements were taken by caliper from the original piece. - Height: 45mm - Gear outer diameter: 32mm - Number of teeth: 38 - Hole diameter for whisks: 6mm - Helix angle: 6° - Pressure angle: 20° - Modulus: 0.80mm The drawing was made in a parametric way, so it is possible to modify the main parameters to modify the final project accordingly. ATTENTION: When assembling the two pinions in the hand mixer it is very important to make sure that they are oriented with a 45° offset as in the figure, to prevent the whisk blades from interfering with each other. To remove any internal traces of filament you can go lightly with a 5.5mm drill bit. It is also advisable to apply grease to the gear and its seat with washer.
