Hand Plane Blade and Chisel Sharpening Sled/Jig

This is another rolling sharpening sled for plane blades, chisels and anything with flat faces and a pointy end. This desing of mine is inspired in the cheap commercial solution you can buy from anywhere and in fauxhican's desing. It can acomodate almost any size of blade within it's two set of slot as shown in the pictures (small 6mm chisel and large 50mm chisel) and the full aperture is customizable by using longer or shorter threaded rods. You need to print 2 identical copies of this part, one for each side, as shown in the pictures. For the assembly it requires the following METRIC hardware: 2 - M5-0.8 x 75 to 100mm (It's up to you) threaded rod. 2 - M5-0.8 nuts. 2 - M5-0.8 nuts drilled to 5mm (Used as busshing for the threaded rods). 2 - M5-0.8 wing nuts. 2 - M8-1.25 x 25mm Button Head Allen bolt. 2 - M8-1.25 Lock nuts. 4 - 8x13x0.8 mm (Or similar) shim washers. 2 - 608RS (Sealed) ball bearing. It can be printed without supports but for better assembly I recomend using supports as show in the pictures.
