Hand Spinner

I found this Hand Spinner fidget toy online and decided to make one too: https://imgur.com/gallery/y3WcN. With my 3D printer and an old pair of inline skates, I finished in under 2 hours. It's a great idea, feels good in your hand and will give your hands something to fidget with. Besides this print you'll need to get three "608 ZZ" skate/skate board wheel bearings. The ZZ means it has a metal shield on both sides for a nice and clean look. Amazon and EBay have plenty of these bearings for sale. If you're thinking of making this, please read the details in Print Settings. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker Original Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 30% Notes: This is a press-fit part, which means getting the hole diameter correct is important. For my Ultimaker, a 22.3mm hole diameter worked great for 22mm wholes. Your printer will work differently, so you may want to consider cloning this project in OnShape and adjusting the diameter according for your printer: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/ac3353483a5068b0d7c9149c/w/53b8ceef1f5184844d8f5bc0/e/c7b1286eee8bb80ef7713004 Post-Printing Assembly: Once you're done with the print, clean up the foot on the bottom layer and use some fine grit sandpaper to make the inner wall nice and smooth. Once it feels close but doesn't freely slide, put a bearing on the table and then press the printed part on the bearing. If the bearing doesn't want to slip in, sand some more! How I Designed This Use OnShape: I love the online CAD package OnShape - it's easy to learn, super powerful and free for anyone making public documents. Great for makers! You can clone my project and modify it for your own use: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/ac3353483a5068b0d7c9149c/w/53b8ceef1f5184844d8f5bc0/e/c7b1286eee8bb80ef7713004
